Boyd Leon Coddington (August 28, 1944 – February 27, 2008) Wow. What a shocker! I was informed today that legendary hot rod builder, Boyd Coddington has passed away. Details of his passing have not yet been released. Mr. Coddington, Hot Rod Hall of Fame inductee, was known the world over for his award-winning cars, beautiful billet wheels, and, probably by most of the public, as the boss-man on TV's American Hot Rod. RIP Boyd. The world will miss you.
