Why heads up racing and bracket racing in "Tempe Dodge’s Rumble in the Desert II" Yourclubs grudge matches?
The answer is really pretty simple. If we have two cars that race and they split the first two races or one of the driver’s red lights a run, then the last run will be heads up.
In the event that one of any pairing of racers is so off that it is obvious that it's a mismatch we will bracket the last run. So if I race Cam, and he lucks out and beats me twice by a very large margin (by some off chance that my stock Daytona is having a bad day) then we will have a dialed in run on the last run of the match.
It is our hopes that every race will be very close and we will not see very many bracketed matches. As of now we have had little or no input here on who wishes to race each other.
There has been plenty of trash talking in the various forums, but little fact posting here at Your Clubs. As we are presenting the event and are charged with providing entertainment value, we want to make sure every member has a chance to win on car and skill. However, if both racers wish to run heads up (or dialed-in for that matter) for all three runs, they are welcome to do so.
Again if you have questions about the event pm me (fullofit_) Or Chris (FactoryD) we will be happy to address any and all questions.
